Refund Policy
Overview
At The Copy Factor, we aim to offer high-quality digital products, coaching, and creative resources that help you level up your content and strategy. Because our offerings are delivered digitally or involve reserved time and tailored input, traditional returns aren’t possible. However, we believe in being fair and transparent, and we want you to feel confident in every purchase. Here’s how refunds work across our services:
Digital Products (Downloadable Files and Templates)
Due to the immediate and irrevocable nature of digital downloads, all sales are considered final once a product has been accessed. That said, we understand that mistakes happen.
We will consider a refund if:
- You purchased a product but have not yet downloaded or accessed it.
- There is a clear technical issue preventing access or use, and we are unable to resolve it.
Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase and will be reviewed case by case.
Coaching Calls (1:1 or Group)
Coaching sessions require time, preparation, and often limit availability for others. As such:
If a session is cancelled or delayed by us, we will reschedule or offer a full refund if rescheduling is not possible.
No refunds will be issued for missed or unused coaching sessions.
If you need to reschedule a session, we ask for at least 48 hours’ notice.
Memberships, Subscriptions & Template Libraries
Monthly or annual subscriptions to template libraries or group coaching memberships are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins.
However, you may:
- Cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
- Request a refund if the membership includes a clearly advertised refund window and your request falls within that timeframe.
If we ever change, discontinue, or significantly delay access to any promised membership content, affected users will be contacted and refunds or credits may be offered at our discretion.
Our Commitment
We don’t offer blanket refunds to discourage misuse of digital content, protect the integrity of our coaching work, and respect the real time and energy that goes into creating every product. But we do believe in fairness, and we’re always happy to talk if you feel something hasn’t lived up to expectations.
